Meet Moorlow: The Brand Designing for the Woman, Not Just the Swing

Three founders. One big idea. A whole lot of joy.
There's a certain kind of brand you come across and immediately think: "finally, someone gets it." Moorlow is one of those brands.
Born from a conversation in a backyard and built by three women who refused to settle for "cute but not functional," Moorlow is re-imagining what women's golf and racquet wear can look and feel like. Think: pieces that move from course to coffee to cocktails without missing a beat, and a brand philosophy rooted in something deeper than just a great fit.
We sat down with the Moorlow founders to talk gaps in the industry, the power of Play Happy, and why women's golf isn't just having a moment — it's building a movement.

The Gap They Couldn't Ignore
Before Moorlow existed, the founders kept bumping into the same frustration: women who love the game (golf, tennis, all of it) but couldn't find clothes that reflected who they actually are. Too technical. Too stiff. Too "that's cute, but I'd never wear it past the 18th hole."
The aha moment came in Holly's backyard, trading stories about the endless outfit changes between court, course, and real life. But the conversation didn't stop at fashion...it went somewhere more meaningful. They kept coming back to how movement makes women feel: more connected, more confident, more joyful. That's when the brand's true purpose snapped into focus.
"Women didn't need another golf or racquet brand. They needed a lifestyle brand rooted in the game — one that celebrates movement as a way to Play Happy and support brain health along the way."
Designed From the Inside Out
Moorlow's design process starts with a single question: would we actually want to wear this all day? Because their customer doesn't live in just one lane. She moves from course to coffee to carpool to cocktails, and her clothes should keep up.
The result is a collection built around flattering fits (that actually flatter), thoughtful details, and pops of color that spark joy the moment you zip up. Performance is a given. But confidence is the real goal.
"At Moorlow, we don't just design for the swing. We design for the woman wearing it."
Play Happy isn't a tagline. It's the standard.

Purpose Woven In
What sets Moorlow apart isn't just the aesthetic — it's what the brand stands for beneath it. With every purchase, Moorlow supports brain health through two charity partners: Hilarity for Charity and BrightFocus Foundation. Every piece even comes with a simple brain health tip to share with your foursome.
"We hope she feels the purpose woven in. That quiet pride of knowing her purchase supports brain health. That what she's wearing stands for something bigger."
A Movement, Not a Moment
Ask Moorlow about the biggest challenge of building a women-owned golf brand, and they don't hesitate: getting people to realize they're not a hobby, they're a movement!
"We don't ask for permission to belong. We show up like we already do — because we're not just entering the space. We're helping shape where it's going."
It's the kind of energy that makes you want to buy the fleece and book a tee time immediately.

A Few More Things We Had to Ask:
Moorlow in three words? Joyful. Elevated. Purposeful.
If Moorlow were a foursome, who's playing? A mix of strong, joyful women! The Confident Competitor keeps score, plays to win, and looks polished doing it. The Connector knows everyone at the club and plans the post-round lunch. The Purpose-Driven Player cares about impact and protecting brain health. And anchoring the group? The Joy Instigator — she laughs at the bad shots, celebrates the good ones, and reminds everyone why we showed up in the first place. Together? Competitive, connected, elevated, and unapologetically happy to be there.
Favorite piece on the course right now? It's fleece season and they are fully leaning in. The Moorlow fleece is that rare unicorn piece — ridiculously cozy but polished enough that you don't look like you just rolled out of a ski lodge. It moves with you on the course, blocks the chill, and carries you straight to coffee (or cocktails) without a wardrobe change. The ultimate court-to-coffee layer.
Coffee, cocktail, or mocktail after a round? Depends on the day — but usually coffee first, cocktail later. Balance is key!
What's always in your golf bag (besides clubs)? Lip gloss, sunscreen, snacks, and at least one extra layer — because you never know.
Women's golf is having a moment and building a movement.
Moorlow is one of the brands leading the way.
We're so here for it.
